SMS Failed
This push message is sent when a sent SMS message could not be delivered.
This happens when the SMS provider returns a status report indicating that the message failed, for example because the recipient’s number does not exist.
When this push message is received the following has to be done:
Show a warning to the user that the SMS could not be delivered, using the errorInfo field to explain why.
If the user is already viewing the communication screen of this SMS on the app, then refresh this screen so the failed state is shown.
