API access restrictions. The restrictions of the master tenant are system wide restrictions. Tenant restrictions are applied in the tenant context.

intervalLengthInMinutes	`int`	The length in minutes of the interval that is used to restrict API usage during a (relatively) short window of time. This interval is default 15 minutes, and must be shorter then a day. Available for master tenant only.
