Notification when there are now agents available to answer the chat.
Subscribing
For external sessions give the chat session object oid when subscribing to this event. Only administrators can subscribe to this event.
How to process
Currently only for external sessions. When a message is sended by the external participant and there is no agent available, this message is received. The participant can choose to close the session or wait untill an agent becomes available.
