Send External Chat Transcript
This request is called when the user requests a transcript of this.
The transcript is sended to the given email address.

POST https://<HOST>/portal/chat/<TENANT>/gateways/<GATEWAY_ID>/sessions/<SESSION_ID>/transcript
Where 'GATEWAY_ID' is the id of the gateway and 'SESSION_ID' is the id of the session.
