End External Chat Session

This request is called when the external chat session can be ended. The session will be ended and no new messages can sended anymore.

POST https://<HOST>/portal/chat/<TENANT>/gateways/<GATEWAY_ID>/sessions/<SESSION_ID>/close

Where 'GATEWAY_ID' is the id of the gateway and 'SESSION_ID' is the id of the session.
