total number of answered calls

MISSED_CALLS

total number of missed calls

AVERAGE_TALK_TIME

average talk time of the processed calls (ring time higher then missedCallThreshold)

ACTIVE_CALLS

number of calls that are currently active

CANCELED_CALLS

number of calls that are hang up (ring time less then missedCallThreshold)

UNANSWERED_CALLS

total number of unanswered calls

total number of fallback calls
