Resource for managing openIdConnections. Used to login to a Xelion system via a third party openId provider.

openIdId	`String`	unique identifier for this openId connection, e.g. for Azure AD it is the tenantId
openIdProvider	`Open Id Provider Enum`	openId provider, e.g. Microsoft, Google, etc.
liveSyncOn	`Boolean`	if liveSync is on/off
openIdGroupId	`String`	the group id at the openId provider
